Visit From Children’s Aid Faroe Islands

From March 17 till the 29^th, the management, staff, teachers and the students of The Light Christian Academies were delighted to host the visit of Hilda Videro, Ingibjoerg Jacobsen & Harriet Poulsen from Faroe Islands to Negros Occidental, Philippines.

During their stay in the Philippines they visited Manapla, Bacolod, Binalbagan schools and a Children’s Ministry Project in Quezon City, Manila. There were variety of activities planned for the duration of their stay such as visiting the families of the students in their communities, participating in graduation and moving up ceremonies, meeting with students that are sponsored through Children’s Aid Faroe Islands, visiting places of leisure activities and much more.

Their visit was such a source of blessing for everyone in the schools and the communities. The management wants to thank them for spending time with the children in these schools and hope for their return for more visits.
